Its that time again for swimming lessons.:) Presly wasn't really fond of Barbara this time around. It took about 4 weeks of crying to get her to warm up. She would cry and cry and then she would stop to go for a swim and then she would continue to cry and cry. We tried it all, Erika even got in the pool with her one day but that didn't really help either. Eventually I started leaving during her lessons and then finally one day Barbara said "Presly do you want your mommy to stay here and sit in the chair?" Presly nodded her head and Barbara said "ok no crying and mommy will stay here and sit in the chair". From then on no more tears. She is such a great little swimmer, it is so cute to see her get ready and duck her head down to go for a swim. Not many things cuter!!
Brooklyn and Nikell have improved so much and were so happy to be back in the pool. Nikell points her toes even when she's in the pool. (little ballerina) Barbara really helped Brooklyn with her technique this year and it helped her a lot at her swim meets! I am grateful for what Barbara teaches my girls, she is an excellent swim teacher and I will be sad when all the kids are grown and we have to say goodbye!
