First Competition

Its the start of a new competition season and this girl is so ready!  She is performing two dances this year.  One is called "Red Carpet"  and it is a jazz number.  The other one is a production, musical theater number and its called "Bathing Beauties".  I love her dances and most of all just love watching my girl dance!  Erika came out to help us this weekend and I truly couldn't have done it without her!  Toby was on call and Brooklyn has a state meet tomorrow.  Life is a little crazy but I'm glad these girls love what they do, it makes it all worth it!

Powers Out

The other night the power went out and Brooklyn and Nikell were still awake and had never experience the power going out before.  We had a fun night roasting marshmallows over our stove and playing cards with a lantern.  I was actually ok with the power staying off for a while, with no electronics and hearing those girls giggle, nothing beats that!

Jed and Katie

We were so happy to be in Utah to celebrate with Jed and Katie on their special day.  We adore Katie so much and are so excited that she is part of our family!!  The wedding was so fun aside from Sloane falling off a chair and hitting her head.  We were a little worried there for a minute because of how she was acting but she finally settled down and was ok.  I swear that girl has had a few too many hits to the head.  Anyways the wedding was beautiful and it was a very beautiful and fun day!
