The third day was our last day down there so we decided to go to both parks. We started at California Adventure and had our Princess Lunch at Aerial's Grotto that we have done for the past few years. For the first time though Brooklyn decided not to wear a princess dress!! This made me a little sad when I realized she isn't as crazy about dressing up as she used to. She even came to me after and told me that her and Nikell are very different, she said "Nikell is so dainty and girly and loves to dress up beautiful but I am sporty and kind of like a tom boy". I love that they are each there own little selfs and I told her yes I agreed that they are definitely different and have there own little personalities. Nikell is probably more into the dressing up thing then Brooklyn ever was. She was decked out with the dress, the earrings, the gloves and the tiara. It didn't end after lunch either. She refused to take off her dress and wanted to stay in it the entire day. She walked around with her hands cocked at the wrists like a little princess and everywhere we went people commented on what a beautiful princess she was.:) She loved every second of it!! Presly loved her little dress too and loved all the attention she was getting!
Some other favorites of the day was the Aladdin show, the Toy story ride we all loved and the Disneyland parade. I also have to mention that Brooklyn and Nikell have always been terrified of the pinnochio boat ride because of the big whale tunel that you go through. This year after freaking out for a while before getting on they actually figured out it wasn't scary at all and love the ride now. It's so funny the things that scare you when your a kid. I can imagine entering a big huge whales mouth would be kind of scary. Also at the end of the day the girls were waiting for the parade and they were doing gymnastics in the streets having the time of their lives. Brooklyn even met a few new friends. It was a great end to a perfect 5 day's in Anaheim and the beginning of another fun adventure as we drove to Pismo Beach.
