My parents came into town to spend some time with us at the end of Feb. One of the day's they were here we decided to take the day and spend it at the beach. I looked up beaches at half moon bay and came upon this beach called I think it was called hidden beach or something like that but it had the best reviews so we thought we would try it out. We pulled up to where it was suppose to be and soon found out we had to walk about a mile out to the beach. Not only that but the beach was down a very steep, long stair case. Well if I had been with just my family I probably would have ventured elsewhere but I wasn't just with my little family, I had my dad with me and anyone that knows my dad knows he is always up for a new adventure even if it take a little bit of work to get it. He was up for the walk even with all the chairs, bags, kids and strollers that we had to bring along. The kids where all troopers and each carried a few things. My dad lugged the stroller with Presly in it down this very steep and long staircase and we finally made it. Was it worth it you ask? Absolutely! It was beautiful and we were all alone all day. It was like having our very own beach all to ourselves. We loved it and had a very fun afternoon playing frisbee, looking for sea shells, rolling down sand hills and more. Gotta love Grandpa for pushing us a little that day;)
