THE BEACH AT BEAR LAKE

This was probably my favorite day of our vacation. I love hanging out at the lake! It is so relaxing and I love that my girls are so happy and good because they have so much going on like, playing in the sand, playing with their cousins, playing in the water, etc. It was a good day and I wish we would have had one more day like this one! Me and my sister found some shovels and buckets at a store in town and they were a hit. The kids spent all day digging in the sand and making castles. We had fun on all the toy's we brought along too. Our favorite, the pontoon boat, wave runners, kayak, raft. Angie even did a little wind surfing. While some of us played in the water others relaxed in the shade. I think we all had a really good time!



I love my family so much. I love that we are all so different yet we can remain so close and have so much fun together. I'm not going to lie, we definitely had some drama the few day's of our vacation and there are times a lot of us wanted to kill one another but the bond that we share is so deep that no matter what differences we may have or conflicts we face with one another we will always be such a strong family continuing to have great times together. The hard times just make us stronger and help us bond even more. I feel so lucky to have such an awesome family!!

MORE OF DAY 1

After our awesome bike ride everyone went back to the cabin, had lunch, the girls took naps and then we were ready for more fun. The guys went motor biking, except Andrew who went to shoot his gun. Then some of us went swimming and Toby, Jer and Aaron met up with us at the swimming pool after their ride.

The evenings at the cabin were alway's fun having everyone there to hang out with and talk to was so nice. The kid's really enjoyed the theatre room and spent a lot of time watching movies and making/eating popcorn from the popcorn machine. Their were plenty of games around the house for the kids to play with and after an evening devotional it was off too bed excited for another fun day at the lake.


Jack is such a good baby and I miss him already!

BEAR LAKE

So this year for my families summer vacation we decided to go to Bear Lake. We got a cabin big enough to fit us all and it was awesome! The cabin was up on the hill and it overlooked the lake, it was beautiful! The first day there we went on a bike ride and unfortunately me on my beach cruiser and Brooklyn with her little bike, we didn't get far. It was still fun though it was just nice to be outside in such great weather!

COUSINS

We went to Utah last week for my families summer get together. We had such a blast up at Bear Lake and can't believe how fast it went by. Brooklyn and Nikell love their cousins and every time we get them together it just makes it that much harder to split them up to come back home.
The first night we got to my parents house we had just been driving all day long so we let the kids stay up a little bit later than normal so they could play with their cousins. My mom has the perfect yard for kids with a swing set and lots of fun little toy's to play with. The kids were in heaven and it was so fun to watch them reunite.

Ander is adorable! He LOVES animals and so when he saw this stray little kitten he picked it up right away and gave it lots of attention.
Ayden and Brooklyn were laughing so hard. There isn't many things cuter to me then little kids giggling.




Before bed Aunt Anji read all the girls a bed time story. What a sweet little moment this was!
