Thankful

For Thanksgiving we had Grandma and Grandpa Goeckeritz, Jed, Jake, Tierani and their kids Hudson and Owen out to spend the holiday with.
Before we got into the Thanksgiving celebration we had a very important birthday to celebrate!!

Toby is the number one guy in all of our lives and we wanted to something extra special this year to let him know how much we love him.  Brooklyn, Nikell and Presly decided to give up some of the their Christmas this year so that we could give daddy a really awesome present for his birthday.  They each wrote the most darling notes to him saying how much they appreciate all the hard work he does for our family and that they wanted to give part of their Christmas to him.  On the morning of his birthday we had him open his present from his parents and then Brooklyn, Nikell and Presly gave him their letters.  We then had a big surprise for him and the only people that knew about the surprise was me, Brooklyn, Nikell and our next door neighbors and dear friends Blair and Barbara Jepson.  I was so proud of the girls for keeping this big huge secret and not saying one word that would give any sort of suspicions.  The girls finally gave Toby his present, he opened the box and discovered a motorcycle helmet which caused a lot of people to wonder why he got a motorcycle helmet. well as the confusion was going on our neighbor Blair had Toby's brand new Ural motorcycle with a side car right outside and when I texted him to start it up he did, right at the perfect moment so that everyone could hear it.  Everyone bolted outside and found Toby's awesome new bike waiting for him.  It was pretty awesome!  Everyone loved it and Toby was so excited and very grateful.

Blair Jepson was so amazing to help me and to let me store it at his storage unit before we gave it to him.  We love our neighbors so much and feel very lucky to have them.  Our girls adore Barbara almost like she's their own grandma!  Its so great having friends who become family.
