How did this happen? No matter how hard you try to hold on to every single second it really doesn't slow down time. Knowing that Sloane might possibly be my last baby makes it even harder. I hold her and love her and snuggle her little self every single day trying to hold on to every single moment. This stage is so much fun and I will miss it so much! Her little chubby cheeks her little goofy smiles, her laying her head on our shoulder when we shower and falling asleep in our arms. I love you so much my baby Sloane!!
